Living grounded in Guidance.

You’ve figured out that making decisions from your head doesn’t necessarily create a meaningful life, but you haven’t quite figured out how to confidently live guided from your heart and your spirit.

If so, the resources on this site are meant to help you on your path to embodied spirituality as you learn to connect to and act on your own inner guidance.

You’ll notice that this site is streamlined and all that remains is the link to the Revelationary Living Manifesto and my writings. This is because my own path has led me in a new, more focused direction: working with yoga teachers in their pursuit of becoming more fully human and more transformational in their teaching. Check out the website, Grace & Grit Yoga.

I’ve left this site and these writings up because I wholeheartedly believe in the importance of following one’s own inner guidance as one of the foundational pieces needed for transforming our world.  It is my hope that these writings inspire you to embrace more of your humanity and to unveil your unique service so that you can be a part of the revolution of people living with open hearts, strong spirits, and feet firmly planted in this world.

Blessings,

Jay

In an evolutionary context, the goal of the spiritual life is not peace; it’s perpetual development. It’s about the ecstasy that compels us to create the future. And it’s not a future that’s going to unfold by itself, it’s a future that we must create through direct, conscious, intentional engagement with the life-process itself.
